Background
The Annexe is a community-led charity to improve health and wellbeing of the Partick community, by fostering social connections and bridging gaps in the government’s support system for vulnerable people in the community.

Current Projects
Annexe Cafe
Annexe Cafe serves fresh, healthy, and affordable food, open to all, with a three-course lunch deal for vulnerable residents, using surplus supermarket food, and hosts celebratory meals throughout the year.
Participatory Budgeting Initiative
Partick and Thornwood Ideas Fund is a Scottish Government-funded Participatory Budgeting initiative allowing residents to decide on community spending through grants, overseen by Annexe Communities' steering group.
Social Prescribing Project
Social Prescribing project offers personalized pathways for improving health and wellbeing through one-to-one sessions, social interactions at the cafe, and diverse group activities, ideal for enhancing health and increasing social interaction.
Younity Project
Younity Project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, aims to connect Partick's local organizations and individuals, sharing resources, knowledge, space, expertise, training, and volunteering opportunities for mutual benefit.
