Reflection

During the three-week OIP, we journeyed into an enlightening process that showcased the necessity of mental models and prototypes. These concepts served as our compass, aiding us in uncovering potential issues within the product, while concurrently aligning our ideas with our customers' evolving needs. Because time was limited, we emphasized on making our design choices meet our customers' expectations spot-on, hence avoiding any misunderstanding. One key takeaway was recognizing the need for usability tests for our website. By putting ourselves in the shoes of our users and striving to decipher their requirements, we obtained significant insights. These helped us shape a website that was not only user-friendly but intuitive. We repeated and refined this process until our product was polished to perfection, positively impacting our audience.
