Future Works


The team regrets only having 3 weeks to complete the design process as we felt that more could be accomplished without the time constraints. Hence, this section outlines the team's plan.

Usability Testing

Currently, the team has done several runs of usability testing on our peers. The peer feedback has been great in helping us refine the prototype to address the more common and glaring issues that are plaguing our design. However, the team wishes to conduct more user testing on regular users of the Barclays' application or even donors to further refine the application, as they would ultimately be the end users of the application. We believe that with more feedback, we can improve the UX even more, especially for people with disabilities.

Developing the Final Product

As the team had developed the prototype, the team is enthusiastic about seeing the prototype become a reality, with real users interacting and using Barclays Impact for their donation needs. However, the team understands the time constraints involved and regrets that we are unable to be part of the fruition of our product.

Marketing and Outreach

Planning marketing and outreach strategies to promote Barclays Impact and attract potential users to not only use Barclays Impact, but also to sign up for an account with Barclays. Collaboration with charities and other organisation to spread the word about Barclays Impact would also be part of our strategy.
